Marked "B/R Bands Keep Company With the World's Finest Watches", Base is made to tilt back ever so slightly. Some age appropriate wear here and there with some chips on the inside pieces, and not sure if it is missing interior pieces to hold the watch bands. Measures 12-3/4" x 14-1/4" x 5-1/4.
