Antique Victorian wax over pumpkin head doll in display case haunted mourning

  

Antique Victorian wax over pumpkin head doll. Her face has some cracking and a there is an area on her forehead where it is pressed against the glass. She has what called pleasing decay. However I believe her display ranges from 1930s to the 1950s/60s as items have been added over time.

I have only opened the box to photograph, measure and check her arms and legs which are all intact and made of wood, white arms and black painted boots. Nothing else has been touched she has not been removed from the box. Her dress has age related staining and the blue silk bows are very fragile.

She is tied securely in place around the waist, and the box is secured with what looks like a long vintage shoe lace. Her box has is made of wood with a glass front and card/paper surround. It is lined with lovely vintage green patterned wallpaper kept in place with drawing pins. The flowers surrounding her are more modern possibly 50s/60s a mixture of gold thread/tinsel, paper and faux silk flowers. From a smoke free home.
