Rare 1800s Antique ornate wood & Glass countertop store Display Case. Perfect for your special Treasures! Cabinet measures 23" by 13" by 6 3/4 tall. Inside 16" by 9 1/2" by 5" plus 3/8" to inside height of glass. Sorry I do not know how old this is, where it was made, or by who.

Gold painted wood with lots of great patina/aging. Glass hinged top with chain. Handle on top has newer screws, not sure if this is the original handle?

Maybe just the screws were replaced? It is also possible that the lid itself was replaced? It looks like newer pieces holding in the glass. Leaf type handles on sides. Old antique display cabinet good solid condition with wear, edge wear on trim with some chips/. The geometric type trim has some little pieces missing at corner area, also about 4 of this geometric pattern is missing on one side. Has metal lining on some edges, two corners could be tacked down as you can see in the photos. Back part that would be facing the store clerk is unfinished. Second row of trim on side is about 1/2 short at back. Purple velvet lining has wear, stains, fading. You may want to replace. Please take a look at my other listings.
